I ordered from dfranklincreation.com and ran into an issue after my order was delivered. I tried emailing them a few times, but the replies were really slow and felt like copy-paste responses that didn’t actually fix anything. Maybe it’s just me, but it kind of felt like once they had my money, they weren’t too worried about helping anymore. Super frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"Feels Wasteful"
There’s just way too much plastic packaging for my liking. It feels hard to take the eco-friendly claims seriously when it still comes with so much waste. Kind of comes across as greenwashing to me.

I ordered my usual size after checking the size chart, but it showed up much smaller than I expected. The chart didn’t help much, which makes me wonder if they keep it vague on purpose so people just take a chance. The item looks nice enough, but dealing with the return was a hassle, and now I have no idea what size I’d even try next. For me, the sizing accuracy was really disappointing.

The communication was frustrating overall. I kept waiting for clear updates or answers, and it made me feel kind of trapped because I didn’t really know what was going on or what my options were. It just wasn’t a great experience

"Easy return, refund took a bit"
I had to return a pair because I’m sure I guessed the size too quickly and got it wrong. The return page was simple enough to use, and I got the label without any hassle. I did assume the refund would hit sooner, but it ended up taking a few extra days. Not a huge deal though. Support replied when I checked in, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Customer service was just okay"
I reached out to customer service about my order. Replies came in, but slow. And basic. They answered me, sure, but it didn’t really fix much. I ended up figuring most of it out myself. Not terrible. Just not very helpful
"Disappointing lenses"
Well... I got a pair from D.Franklin the lenses were disappointing. They felt kind of cheap right away, and after only a few wears I noticed tiny scratches showing up. The view around the edges was also a bit blurry, which got annoying. I wasn’t expecting anything super premium, but these ended up being worse than my old cheap sunglasses. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Warranty got handled, but I had to chase it"
I had to reach out about a warranty issue, and to be fair, they did answer and eventually got it sorted. Still, it took longer than I think it should have, and I had to follow up myself, which was frustrating. If a company offers a warranty, I feel like they ought to take a bit more responsibility and not make the customer keep nudging them. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more annoying than it needed to be

"Comfy for everyday, just a bit narrow"
Got a pair of sneakers from dfranklincreation and they’ve been comfy for daily walks. The sole feels nice and soft, and they didn’t rub my heels at all, which i was kinda worried about. Fit is mostly good, but the toe area is a little narrow for me. I’d prob size up if you like more room. Still happy with them overall, just not totally perfect, so 4 stars...
"Pretty close to what I expected"
I ordered a print and the colors were almost exactly like they looked on my screen. It might’ve come out just a tiny bit darker in person, but I’m guessing that’s probably because my screen is a little too bright or something. Overall, I’m still really happy with how it turned out.

"Delivery tracking could be clearer"
My order did arrive fine in the end, and the product itself is okay. It’s just that the tracking updates were... not great. They were slow and a bit unclear, so I kept having to check on it myself. Overall, no major issue with the item, but the delivery info could definitely be better.

It looked good at first, I’ll give it that. But this little “sturdy” frame cracked after about two weeks of normal use, so I can’t really recommend it.

"Pretty okay, just one mix-up"
My order showed up on time, and most of it was right, so I can’t complain too much. One item came in a different color than the one I picked, which was a little annoying. Maybe I’m just being picky, and I was too busy to deal with sending it back, but I do wish they had checked it a bit better before shipping. Overall, it was okay.

"Looks fine, but I’m not totally sure"
The order arrived okay and didn’t take forever, which was nice because I’d been checking tracking more than I probably needed to while making coffee in the mornings. It does look close to the photos, so at first glance I was happy with it. That said, I’m still not 100% confident about the authenticity. The packaging was alright, but not exactly super convincing, and a couple of tiny details just felt a little off to me. Maybe it’s real, maybe it isn’t, it’s hard to tell. Customer support did reply when I reached out, so that was good. I’m giving it 3 stars because the experience wasn’t bad, I just don’t feel fully sure about what I got.

"Checkout was a mess and wasted my time"
I tried to place an order, but the checkout process was just frustrating. After I entered my payment info, it kept loading forever and then sent me right back to the cart. Who wants to deal with that when they’re just trying to buy something?
The most annoying part was not knowing if my order actually went through or not. There was no clear message, no real error, nothing helpful at all. Am I supposed to just guess whether I’ve been charged?
I tried a few times and eventually gave up. At this point, I’m not ordering from them again unless they fix the checkout, because why waste more time on something that should be simple?

"Late Package and Barely Any Updates"
I ordered internationally and the package showed up later than expected, which was already frustrating. The tracking barely updated the whole time too, so I had no idea where it was or when it would actually arrive. Give me a break, if shipping is going to take that long, at least keep the tracking accurate. Not a great experience, honestly

"Quick help when my order got stuck"
My order wasn’t updating, so I reached out to them they got back to me faster than I expected. They fixed it without making me jump through hoops, and my item arrived fine in the end. I think other customers would appreciate how easy they made the whole thing. Happy with the way they handled it.

The box showed up in good shape, and from what I remember, everything inside was packed neatly. Nothing super fancy or memorable, but it did what it needed to do. I’m taking off one star because the tape was a little loose, though that’s the only part that really stuck in my mind
